We recommend placing the order by phone or sending the form by regular mail. Once the order is processed you will recieve confirmation and a receipt will be sent to you. The recipient will receive a beautiful, personalized gift certificate for use on any J. Cruse products or services. Please note that currently online offerings are limited to custom order, hand crafted items only.

Shipping costs cannot be determined until all final pieces are complete. Shipping costs depend on size, weight, and delivery area. As an example, a recent order for a 36" Santa shipping from Texas to California was $85. So larger peices shipping outside of Texas would be at least $100 +.


Due to our unique and ever changing inventory, we do not currently have an online store. However, orders for production on Santas, trees, wreaths & garlands, which are J. Cruse specialties, may be submitted through our online order form below. We begin production on your order only after confirmation which occurs via phone. Order confirmation is an essential step in the creation process because you will consult personally with J. Cruse. This ensures that the artist understands your vision for your final product(s).

All orders must be confirmed via phone to initiate production. Once your order request is submitted, a representative will contact you at the earliest possible time during business hours central time. We require 50% of the order sub-total up front at time of order confirmation. This down payment is necessary to cover production costs including time and is non-refundable. Shipping costs will be assessed upon completion of your item(s) (please see Shipping Information in the left column of this page). At that time, you will be contacted with the balance for your order. The balance is required to be paid in full prior to shipping.

Please allow 3 - 4 weeks for production. Shipping time will vary depending on delivery method chosen. Rush charges may apply for guaranteed delivery by Christmas.






 





Theme, Style & Color:
Details of your order will be determined during your personal consultation with the artist. The artist will go over the many options with you to successfully fulfill your vision. Your J. Cruse originals can be any theme, style or color you choose and below are just a few examples of recent orders: western, classic, baroque, elegant, whimsical, peacock, ‘Texas Tech’, etc. Each Santa, tree, wreath & garland comes adorned with specially chosen, hand crafted original ornaments.

To be arranged via phone confirmation. We accept most credit cards. Other payment arrangements may be made such as electronic check/transfer, PayPal or other. Please allow the appropriate amount of processing time for each payment type.
